Cancelation Policy

Boarding

Nonpeak season reservations not canceled at least 48 hours prior to check-in will be subject to a fee of 25% of the total for the stay.

Peak season reservations not canceled at least 5 days prior to check-in will be subject to a fee of 35% of the total.

Reservation no-shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total.

Bath

- $10 - 30 pounds and under

- $15 - 31-60 pounds

- $20 - 61 pounds and over

- + $5 for long hair dogs

Deshedding Bath (includes deshedding shampoo, blow drying, and brushing)

- $30 - 30 pounds and under

- $40 - 31-60 pounds

Nail Trim 

- $15

- $10 - when added to any bath

Rates

Transportation

Transportation services not canceled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service will be subject to the total fee of the service.

Boarding

- $40/night

- $30/night for each additional dog sharing same room

- $25/day

- $1/mile (minimum $10)

Daycare

Daycare reservation no-shows will be subject to a fee of $10.
